law/child support???
can I go to the suffolky family court to get a copy of a ...dont know what its called..the judge said he has to pay x amount of dollars.. ( but this was 5 year ago and in queens) I need the copy of the paper that states this to turn in with my modifcation papers, can I get those papers at the suffolk family court as apposed to having to go all the way out to queens??

i believe that you have to go to the court where any motions have been issued. not sure though.

well I can go to suffolk courty today. I wonder if there is phone number some place, they should let you do it on line ...GRRRRR

You will have to go to Queens....although Im sure you can mail away for them.
Aeriell wont be able to go for you. They'll want to see a copy of your license....
FM me I might be able to get some of the info with some more information..but Im not sure.

You have to go to queens - the only other person who can access it for you is your attorney if you had one. matrimonials and child support are sealed from the public and you must show ID.
