Is anyone NOT finding out the sex?

I feel like people are so against me waiting! They ask me what it is and I tell them we arent finding out and they question me! Is there anyone out there who wants to wait?

i want to wait but DH doesn't, he says well I can find out and I wont tell yo. But i know thats not going to work.
I think its a wonderful surprise and people should mind their own business

We're not finding out and I get the same reaction from a lot of people too. I don't get it. I know there are a lot of couples that find out but I don't get why people react so strongly when you don't want to know. Don't let it get to you. It's only the beginning of cooky conversations you'll have to deal with!

We waited for the first and we are waiting for this one too. Many people don't get it---too bad!

We're not finding out!! We def got shiiitt for it in the beginning but people eventually got used to it and now it's def adding to the excitement since the end is near!! Everyone is taking their guesses and getting excited to hear whether they were right!

We have gotten a lot of grief from people who seem to think that we MUST find out in order to prepare. Our families are really happy about having it be a surprise but some friends are trying to convince me that we need to know.

Team all the way! Its been so much fun so far...and when our munchkin comes it will be the biggest surprise of our lives!! How could we give that up!?!?

I can tell you from experience it was AWESOME holding out and not knowing if it was a or a . It was SO exciting the day Emerson was born because honestly, everyone (including us) was so convinced we were having a that it was such an exciting, thrilling shock to find out it was a . Plus it was fun playing the guessing game all those months. Personally, I loved not knowing but I know it's different for everyone. People couldn't believe we weren't finding out but I'm glad we waited until the "big day".

Yes, we got grief the first time around. Comments like "But its so hard to shop for you"..Blaaah Blaah Blaah...Ummm No its really not, Im registered for goodness sake!!
This time around, we are waiting as well.
Can't explain that feeling as the Dr. is saying "Here comes the baby, Ok, here's the head...IT'S A ...."......

Unbelievable feeling. My DH LOVED being the one running out to the waiting room being the "Announcer".

We don't find out, because, like many others, we don't really have a preference. Just want a very healthy and happy baby (We all do).

Yup we are waiting. But, we have taken some heat for it as well. It's like by not finding out that we are personally insulting some people. Like it is thier god given right to know what WE are having. UGh.. Don't get me started on this!

We arent finding out this time With Kaila I wanted to know, but DH didnt. So this time we both want that surprise.. I get so excited just thinking about it!!

Im sure Ill get lip from people, I've already gotten it from my mother. She asked if I would let the Dr tell her what it is.. so she could shop .. no mom.. sorry lol

we're not finding out and its really hard but I knew I always wanted to be surprised at least once. Everyone has their opinions about something!!

We aren't finding out either! We get some slack from people. People say, "Oh then we can't buy things ahead of time." To which I say, "Sure you can."

Besides when my friends have babies I love to find out what it is and run out and buy clothes after they are born. It is so much fun!

I really really didn't want to know, but we are going to find out due to some circumstances beyond my control. Also, DH wants to know so we've compromised - we hope to have two children, so we'll find out with this one and keep the second a surprise.

Someone I know once said about it - "There are so few genuinely wonderful surprises in life - why would we deprive ourselves of it." I think that really sums it up for me.

We did not find out with my son and I do not want to know this time either.

My DH wants to find out so I am trying to persuade him to wait.

We aren't finding out and a lot of people seem to think it's great. My MIL was the only one who has analyzed every single sono pic and the video we took of the 20 week b/c she REALLY wants to know.
We are really excited for the surprise!

We didnt for DS in 2007 and we are not finding out for DC in 2009

IMO it makes the entire experience so exciting. For the 1st one it didnt even matter--boy or girl

But now that I have a boy people make rude remarks like "I hope its a girl"---excuse me, did I have the option of calling God and making a request? These comments just make me upset for the potential boy

i love not knowing--as long as its healthy and you have diapers and onesies you really dont need gender specific stuff

When I tell people we're not sure yet if we're going to find out at the level II (which we still aren't) they can't believe we're even debating it. Mostly everyone is begging us to find out!

not finding out either and i get some crap about it and people saying they cant shop either. i just tell them that is what my registry is for.

We didn't find out. We didn't get any grief about it though. I had a c-section and DH was the one who told me we had a boy. It was amazing to find out in the delivery room. For me, it was totally worth the wait.
