Is anyone's DVR all F'ed up since CV started the new program?
We have shows on our DVR we have NEVER EVER watched or recorded now set up to record as the series. These shows, that we did not set up to record, we can't cancel the recording either. Some of our shows, that we have ALWAYS recorded now won't record bc it says you cannot record three shows at once, but there is NOTHING else set to record at that time slot that shows up. Anyone else having these issues? It is like our DVR is crossed with someone else's and we can't change what they have set but it is F'ing with our settings. So weird.

We have had issues since we got the multirooms. It dies tape random stuff I never heard of but I can delete it. I will check that it's recording things and it is red but when I go to watch it did t record it. and it runs out of room quickly but I think it's because I have it set on hd somehow. I'm not sure how to undo it.

Mine won't let me program it at all from the remote! I have to go through the optimum app in order to DVR anything that wasn't already on the list. Very annoying.
I do like the new look of it, however if it doesn't work, then It isn't worth it.

Us too, we can't record anything from the remote. So annoying!

I lost a few shows, no idea what happened. I really hate the new set up, way too much work to record a damn show. This might be the final push to drop Cablevision all together! All the shows come out on DVD box sets within a season or 2 anyway.

I haven't had a problem... I really like the mult-room feature bc I can watch my shows in bed if I'm too lazy to be in the living room. Have u guys tried calling customer service or resetting the box? I've had to reset the box in my living room in the past

Yes us too! We tried to tape something last night and it wouldn't let us. Grrr. Has anyone called cable?

Try resetting your box. Shut the box off and on the actual box, simultaneously hold down Vol + Vol - & Info. It will reboot your box. I was having problems accessing free on demand and the guide but after resetting it was ok.

ElizaRags-- thank you! I reset the cable box using your instructions, and waited for it to say "turn on" and now it works! :)

Very annoying. They told us it gets recorded at the main HUB. So that must be all this screwup.
I also hate that you cant see if something is recording
