Is deli sliced cheese ok to eat?

Like Swiss or Muenster?

I'm so confused - I know which cheeses are the no no's and I know that deli meats are a no no but what about deli cheese? Thanks!

Yes as long as it's pastuerized and EVERYTHING usually is, especially deli cheeses. When in doubt ask or read the package.

ETA: I eat all cheeses, including Feta, just make sure it's pastuerized. only one i don't eat is Brie, cause i think it tastes nasty.

I eat it....

You can also have deli meats in moderation and soft cheeses if they are pasteurized.

Yup, I think its more the feta and fresh mozzerella but honestly its not that you CANT eat it..they want you to eat it in moderation.

And I eat deli american cheese all the time. You are safe.
