Is it ever possible to get wood floors completely dust free?

I vacuum and omop and yet the next day I put my DD on the floor and she still is a little dusty.Chat Icon

I have forced hot air heat & the dust is REDICULOUS!! Just call my house the "Bunny Ranch" Chat Icon cause theres dust bunnies running rampid.

Needless to say- I attribute the dust problem to the heating..not the cleaning lady ie. ME.

Yes its defin not your fault, that is why my first response was what heat do you have.
Forced hot air is rough with dust, as is oil heat as well.

If you find the solution you can make MILLIONS. I dust, see all the dust flying around, then vacuum. Within 10 minutes the dust is back where it was before I dusted and vacuumed. What's the point?

But just think, if it were carpeting, all of that dust that we clean everyday would be hiding in the carpet!

It's crazy....DH uses the Swifter and vacuums & then has this cool dust mop & still 5 minutes later there's dust. It doesn't help that our door leads directly into the living/dining room w/ hardwood.

ok, I am not alone! I feel so dirty when I pick up my daughter crawling on the floor.

I have forced air.Chat Icon Great, so this is a lifetime of a problem.
