Day 3 of South Beach Diet...feeling discouraged
I'm eating exactly what I'm supposed to - yet - I feel like the weight is never going to come off...I did the South Beach diet 3 years ago plus heavy weight lifting and training and got in the best shape of my life! I want to be back there so bad.
