Is it ok to eat spicy food?
Not sure why I have it stuck in my head that it is not - it is def. not something my ob ever mentioned to me. Anyway I'm 14 wks if that makes a difference.
I just started eating some soup i got for lunch and I didn't realize it when I got it but it is VERY spicy - is this ok to eat for the baby?

Sure! Eat away.
The only person you have to worry about is yourself. Might give you heartburn...but rest assured your little one is fine.

I crave spicey food! I've been eating it a lot in the second tri! My Dr. said it was fine.
