Is it OK to let DC go back to sleep in your bed in the morning?
If I can get DS (almost 6 months) to sleep in his crib the whole night (aside from waking for bottle and pacifier and sometimes needing help soothing back to sleep), is it OK to bring him to our bed if he wakes at say 5 a.m. or so until 6 a.m. when I need to wake him to get ready for daycare? Or, on the weekend so we can all get a couple of extra hours sleep?
Does anyone do this, and does it interfere with DC sleeping in crib the rest of the night?
All responses are VERY much appreciated! Thank you!!!

I do this with my DD..... she is 3 months. She sleeps in her crib from 8 - 8:30pm to around 6:30-7:30am. When she wakes up I fix her a bottle and bring her back in the bed with me to feed it to her. She will fall asleep sometimes for another 2-3 hours with me. So far it hasn't interfered with her sleeping in the crib. We've been doing this for about a month now.

We used to do that before DD started rolling all over the place. I guess we stopped at about 6 months but that was just b/c she wouldn't lay down. It never did her any harm. It was a sweet family, cuddle time....I miss it.

We do it, so far it has not interfered with anything. ITs kinda nice having him there, but I think we will stop when he gets a little older so that he does not get too use to it. I have friends tell me that once they are in your bed its hard to ge them out.

I will bring him into bed with me anytime after 6am. I don't know if it does any harm...he's only three months. But, I LOVE the cuddle time!

We've been doing this since at least 6 3:30 in his crib. Tasking him into bed is the only way to get him to go back. When he wakes for his bottle at 6am, I give it to him in bed and he goes back to sleep until at least 8:30. I asked the doctor and he said as long as we don't mind, it's perfectly fine.

I don't think its a problem, I could not do it, he goes back into his crib. Those little toes poking my stomach is enough to drive me crazy.
