Is it possible to eat healthy in DISNEY???
Just got back on good old WW and going to Disney on Tues...Are they healthier options now? We were there last year and I read that they would be introducing healthier options...wondering if it happened

i was just there ....not really healthy eating in the park. not sure about the resorts. we stayed in a condo and cooked our food for dinner and made lunch and brought it with us. at lunch we went back to the car and ate then went back to the park

I was there in Jan... there is not much healthy there.
There is ONE place in Epcot that has a lot of healthy options though... I forget what's it's called-- but it's inside-- looks like a cafeteria style, etc.

I was there in July and I definately went off my healthy eating for a week. As soon as I got back I went back to my healthy eating habits.
