is it possible to get entertainment for a kids birthday party for under $200?

looking at the idea of having an entertainer come for my LO's first birthday party. lots of kids will be under 3. was thinking something simple like maybe a puppet show or something.

is this possible? all ideas (within a reasonable budget) are welcomed.
