Is it possible to take too much Folic Acid??
I realized that I'm taking a multi-vitamin with 400 mcg and I also take a
B-complex vit that has 400 mcg. 
Is too much not good??

800 is OK.
Some girls' one here OBGYN already gave them prenatals, even though they aren't PG. Prenatals have 800mg of folic acid.
So, I am sure its not harmful.

My prenatals have 1000mcg (which is 1mg) of folic acid. Doctors have reasons why they recommend certain dosages to certain patients.
