DS has now discovered his arms and legs and waves them around constantly. Often when he is sleeping, his arm waving will wake him up. Yesterday he literally grabbed his hair and pulled it.
For the past month, he has been sleeping well without being swaddled.
Is it too late to swaddle again at 7 wks if we haven't been swaddling him for a month?
I tried the swaddle again but he started crying so I unswaddled him. When he does sleep, he tends to raise his arms up in the air.

I agree...swaddle everything but DC's arms. We were never able to swaddle DD's arms, even in the hospital - she would always break them free.
