Is it true you can return items to BRU/TRU without a receipt now?
I have a few items without receipts I'd like to exchange.

The lowest price it ever came up in their system. I think they deduct 20% off too (assuming it was purchased with a coupon), but I'm not positive about that.
FYI, you can't go over a certain amount of returns without receipt, I think like $350. And I think that amount is per LIFETIME (but again, not positive). We had a TON of doubles, triples, etc from our shower because they didn't deduct it from the registry and no receipts. So when I went to return a gift from Christmas w/out receipt they wouldn't take it back

If they were bought with your Rewards-R-Us card I think they can track it that way as well (then you should get full purchase price)

I bought an item and lost the receipt and needed to return it. I gave them my rewards card and they looked it up and gave me a cash refund for the full amount I paid.
it was awesome!

i personally think BRU return policy
su cks!!
i went there with expired receipts and they were going to let me return the items but give me way less than what was on the receipt! they were going to give me the lowest selling price although my expired receipt had the price that the person paid on it! i hate there return policy!
