Is Myrtle Beach kid friendly?
looking into renting a place for a few nights somewhere not too far but also where there is stuff for the kiddies to enjoy too.

I personally have never been there but I have friends that go every year with their DC's and they love it !

Josh loved it here
the actual boardwalk area is a little sketchy on the beach.
north myrtle is really quiet...almost too quiet for me, but DH likes that better.

we just got back from spending a week down there.. the kids all had a great time. ages 10, 7 and 3! we went a couple of times to broadway on the beach and there is a ton to do there. during the days we went to the beach!
