Is nutramigen still covered by empire plan/nyship due to a mill protein allergy?
If so, did the pediatrician just need to fill out a form? And it gets delivered to the house?
This is what I heard a while back but just wanted to check. Thanks for any info!

Yes it was covered! My boy's gastro filled out the paperwork and faxed everything over!
