Is ok if a baby doesn't burp...
Sometimes my baby burps during a feeding and sometimes he doesn't. I just fed him and he did not burp. He drank 2 1/2 ounces. I think he may have burped once but I think it was a little one. Sometimes it's hard to tell cause they make all these mouth noises.
I've had cousins that have told me that their babies were never burped and they were fine. Of course every baby is different. The doctor said not to spend more than 10-15 minutes burping.

If you've been trying to burp for 10 mins then i wouldn't worry about it. It is possible the baby has no air to burp out.

Yes, its fine. If you've been trying to burp for 10 mintues, I'm sure there's no air to be let out.
