is Ralphachino caffeine free?
Ralphaccino (Coffee with a twist) Blend of cappuccino ice, Ghiradelli Frappee, and 1% milk. Topped with Homemade whipped cream and cinnamon.

probably not, but your allowed to treat yourself once in a while. My ob says its ok to have 1 cup of something with caffine in it a day. So on the few days i do have the caffine i just try to limit it to the one

I would guess no b.c even coffee ice cream has caffeine in it. I have been good and not been drinking caffeine - but even my OB said if you want to have a little drink of it or some coffee ice cream in moderation it would be okay. I think if you have one small one at this point in time it would be okay.
