Is soy good for you? Interesting article.

While looking up Soy after my other post and reading some stuff I didn't know like it being genetically altered, I came across this:

I haven't really looked up much, but I was wondering how other people who know more on the subject felt. I was especially surprised to read about the estrogen-like chemical and was wondering how true this was.

I don't know a lot about ir, but after reading some posts on here regarding soy formula I did a search online. There seems to be a lot of research that needs to be done so I decided I am more comfortable with cow's milk.
