Is there a cheaper place to get passport photos?
I hear that the post office costs $15 and CVS is $8 per passport.

$8 is good. I paid $10 at a mall kiosk and thought I was getting a deal!

there is some online service where you upload a pic you take yourself, then they format it for you-- and give you the img file. Then you load it up to snapfish to produce. It's the cheapest and you can take as many photos as you like!
