Is there a difference between an Anatomy Scan at 20 weeks and the Level II?
I'm having an anatomy scan. I think I read that there's a difference between that and the Level II, but originally I thought they were the same.... ???

There is a difference... but I have no clue what it is.
We had an anatomy scan, not a Level 2....
I'm so helpful!

Well I just did a search on here and someone said that a Level II is more in-depth than an anatomy scan...

Re: Is there a difference between an Anatomy Scan at 20 weeks and the Level II?
I had a full anatomy scan at 16 weeks. I never had a Level II. The full anatomy scan could be done at my doctor's office, but a Level II would've been done at an outside place b/c my doctor's office didn't have the proper equipment for a Level II.
I don't live in NY, but it seems like almost everyone in NY gets a Level II. You can always ask your doctor or the sono tech if you're getting a Level II.
