is there a "owning a house for dumbies" book out there?
We are going for a third house, inspection today.. pretty sure this is the real deal and will be our home. But FREAKING OUT!!.. Feels like theres LOADS to know that I dont.. wonder if there is such a thing as a book I can get and tell me what?

There is actually a Home Reparis for Dummies Book and a similar book by Home Depot. We have both and its definately worth investing in at least one.

anything else telling you like what you need to do when first owning house like finding oil company, security system etc? like what to call and set and and how to negotiate with them? I dont want to just join up with anyone and get ripped off bc i have no knowledge of what i should be looking for.. Know what I mean?? not sure if im explaining correctly.
