Is there a place to take stray cats?
Is there someplace to take them, or an agency that will come and safely pick them up? My MIL has kittens in her shed and doesn't know what to do with them.

If there is, I haven't found it. We called everyone in the book regarding some stray kittens living outside an office building and could not get anyone to do anything. The poor things would venture into the street and get smooshed by cars. We even tried to "capture" a few of them on our own and bring them to a shelter and were told we couldn't drop them off, that they were our problem.
