if someone tags them self in a pic that is yours, you can untag them.
the b est way to keep someone from taking any of your pics -- is just to block them from the album. FB has options where you can make it viewable by only friends or even blocking certain friends from seeing it.

That stinks -- cause unfortunately if they can view the pics -- then it's very easy to just right click on an image and save it to your computer.
