I don't think you can find a completely "natural" one considering something needs to get you tan & keep it in your skin, but I used to use "Au Courant" on my clients, it's great & applies a bit diffeently than the ones in stores (a lot darker when it goes on, best to put on at night & then shower in the am, it will get on your sheets but washes off-pretty much you look like "PigPen" until you wash it off, but the tan is great :)
They do have more natural ingredients than most other tanners.

It's the tanner the "Baywatch" cast used to use-LOL.
