Is there anything that can be done to quiet people down before 11pm?
Or do I have to wait until 11pm to complain?

its only 9:20 on the sunday before Labor day. I'd cut some slack.

Ugh! I am sorry and I hear you!!!
We have brazilian neighbors and I am not sure what was happening today, soccer game maybe and they are PARTYING in the street. Blasting music, laughing, drinking. I know its only 945 but I just know they are going to wake Megan up. Its just so annoying.
I am waiting until 11 but around here, 11 is nothing. Usually the cops dont even respond until its like 2.

Somebody else called the cops on my block so I didn't have to. They are still all outside but not as loud.

Ugh, that is so annoying! I honestly don't know why by law you can make as much noise as you want as long as it is before 11. 11 is pretty late! Some people (like me) have to get up for work before 6 am and we have to go to bed early. It isn't fair. At least the cops are there, I hope they quiet down soon and you guys get to sleep in peace.

Incorported villages are the wayto go for situations like these! I would hate that and be really annoyed. Maybe you could go over and talk to their parents in a nice way next week. Tell them tht you have a baby and that the noise keeps him up at night. Bring the baby--how could someone resist him?
