Is there ANYTHING that can help thin hair?
Since DS was born, my hair has been AWFUL!! Its flat and thin and just plain BORING. It has no life and no body.
What can i do to make it more alive?

My hair is also just very flat and thin and boring! I started using Pantene shampoo/conditioner for fine hair and I definitely see a difference. I feel like it has more volume to it without using anything else. I was shocked b/c 9 times out of 10 stuff like that never works for me.

I agree completely. I wouldn't use anything else.

Prenatal vitamins.
I'm serious.
My hair never looked as full & healthy as it was when I was pregnant.

No recommendations....just commiserating with you. I'm so dreading the 4 month postpartum mark because of the hair loss. I've been taking prenatal vitamins and biotin (among other vitamins) in the hopes it will prevent a lot of the thinning I experienced in the past. (The biotin was recommended to me by a visiting nurse who was caring for me after I had my son.)

Omega 3-6-9 is one of the other supplements I'm taking. We'll see in a month if any of it makes/made a difference!

Biotin and Folic Acid...my grandparents swear by it. I've been taking it for a while...not sure that I can say it works, but my hair hasn't gotten any thinner!

Re: Is there ANYTHING that can help thin hair?
I use thickening shampoos. I've used Pantene, Herbal Essences, Head & Shoulders and many more. I feel like I have to switch it up every once in awhile and that helps. Also, my hair is cut in layers and when I blow it out, I use thickening spray and flip my head over and blow dry it upside down.
