Not sure about noon LI but in NYC they have Big Al's Chicago Pizza in the financial district.

oh I feel your pain I had the Chicago deep pizza when I was there last week. ymmmmo the crust is delicious buttery goodness. I haven't found somewhere here yet that serves it the same way. I hope you find it.

Lou Malnati's will ship pizza to you. It's pricey, but they also sell a pan to make your own.

If you ever find a place, please post it! I love chicago style pizza. Pizza hut and dominos deep dish doesn't cut it. I'll take Unos if there are no better options. But I don't even know where there is an unos on LI anymore...

Eww, pizza hut & domino's are nasty. Uno's is better but I find myself sick if I eat too much of it. There are Uno's locations in Queens. There is one in Bayside & Forest Hills. There are a couple locations in the city too. I think I may try that mail order place though. I'm curious!

My DH and I volunteered to do a lay-over in Chicago on the way back from our honeymoon so we could get deep-dish pizza. I miss it soo much!!

I've tried the mail order. It comes packed in a styrofoam cooler box. Bakes up nicely. Tastes good. Expensive.
I've also had it made from scratch following the America's Test Kitchen recipe, which is also very good.
