Is there somewhere that I can find a list of all the homes that sold in a town in a certain year?
Like if I want to know what homes were sold in town x in 200X - I tried google but, that wasn't too helpful

You can see the last year or 6 months on mlsli
Not sure about previous years - it is public information so it might be worth calling your local library.

You can see the last 2 yrs on listingbook. Also propertyshark goes back 10-20 yrs but only for homes that sold around a particular house you are searching.
