my coworker grew up in baldwin w/ o'side schools and highly recommended the area to me when i was house hunting... good luck!

that's a nice area-
I think it's priced right- if you look closely at the kitchen- the cabinets don't match- and that's what they are showing
it's looks like it needs to be updated
and it's sold as is
they are having an open house this week- it's worth a look

Beautiful area. Right by silver lake.
I just bought a home 1 1/2 yr ago same area baldwin address oceanside schools.
This area is very quiet.
The house is prob. so cheap because it needs some updating.

Yes of course you can sand it down and restain them. NOt hard at all.
You do not have to be handy :)
If you like the area there are some houses by me that are for sale - not sure of what your price range is.

most likely not from how it looked in the pic
just go to the open house and see
the main issue is the "as is" that suggests that there are issues and they priced it accordingly

Looks like a nice house - Too bad it is only 1 bathroom. I like those old houses. The area is nice -- My friend grew up near Silver lake

Yeah but there wasnt much info on the area in this thread, more about that particular house. But thanks and thanks for responding to my other thread.
