100% financing.....
75% of the house at 6.25%
25% HELOC at 8.25%

Yes, what a deal! My advice would be to pay off that HELOC as quickly as possible because of the interest (pay a bit more every month, etc.)...good luck and happy home!

i think so - i have almost the same..an 80/20. I'm 6.5 for the 80 and 9 for the second.
