Baby #2 on the way!

Is this baby acne?
DS is 5 weeks old and has these little white bumps on his face, neck, and even a few on his arms. At first I thought it was maybe dried formula or something on his skin, but when I bathe him they dont come off. Is this a type of baby acne or should I see the Ped?

I am not really familiar, but I would take him to the ped b/c I think that excema can be a sign of a milk allergy...

it could be baby acne. With my ds I just washed his face 1-2 x a day with baby wash and it cleared up

LIam had those white bumps for the first two months. They are gone now. I showed the ped and she didn't even flinch. She was like, yeah.. normal.
