Is this good??
I got my BFP on 2/20 went to doctor that afternoon hcg was 61 went back on Friday and hcg was 158.
I'm 5 weeks today (going by last AF) and on Friday was 14 dpo (I use an OPK)
My doc said these are great numbers. I had another hcg test this morning
She moved sono up to next week said she doesn't except to see much but the sac. Also wants me to keep my appt on the 18th for sono
Is all this good!??? I'm soo freeking nervous and can't relax and am a train wreck right now

It's not so much the actual number as the fact that it doubles about every 48 hours, which it looks like yours did. I would say that's a very good sign!

It sounds good! My doctor doesn't monitor my HCG levels. Are you going to an RE? After my MC I am so nervous that I really would like to be monitored more.
My first doc appt is Mon and I will be around 6 weeks- so I'm not too far behind you!
