Is this indigestion? If not, what is it???
So for the past few days I almost constantly have this feeling in my chest/throat like it is full and heavy. If I'm lucky the feeling is followed by what I call a 'froggy' which provides relief for a bit. Sometimes I can't froggy and it is very uncomfortable. Not painful, but definitely not fun. I don't burp (I don't know how) so I'm not sure if I am trying to and it's not working? I guess maybe this is indigestion? Anything I can do for it??

Heartburn.

Becki claims if it doesn't hurt it isn't heartburn! And this isn't painful painful just very uncomfortable. But it definitely makes sense it could be heartburn! Oy, maybe I need some chocolate milk?

My heartburn only hurt sometimes. Most of the time it jut discomfort.
and its a very good reason to drink chocolate milk!!!

Definitely heartburn. I always get it in the back of my throat! It's awful. Hopefully yours never gets painful

Definitely heartburn. I thought I didn't know how to burp either until getting pregnant, LOL its so bad, but thankfully I can usually hide them.

Maybe I'm getting heartburn way more than I think lol
I thought it was just the burny painful kind that is heartburn... I just consider everything else 'indigestion'.
Either way - it sucks. TUMS. Milk. And don't be like me and figure out what it is that causes heartburn for me ... and keep eating it. (Like... fish sticks. DERRRRR.)

Could also be a symptom of anxiety and not related to anything medical per say. (anxiety can give you a lump in the throat feeling/heavy chest feeling)

I also think its indigestion. Heartburn BURNS and instead of "froggying", acid actually comes up into your throat, at least for me....

I agree with indigestion as well. Doesn't sound like heartburn to me. Heartburn is more of an acid taste in my mouth and a heaviness/burning in my chest. I get EXACTLY what you are describing. Legit, I call the "froggy" thing a "burp" and chalk it up to gas. I feel like I have that fullness too and my guess is that it's the gas that gives me that full feeling.

It doesn't burn but it IS a heaviness in my chest. Maybe it's a combo. I thought acid/indigestion too. The milk is helping though a bit, so that's good. I need to learn how to burp....Catey suggested having Jon burp me
