Is this signs of teething or is my 6 month old sick???
He has a low grade temp round 99.7...just not himself - whiny, lethargic, wants to be held, yawning & sleepy. He keeps chewing on his fingers (which has been the norm).
I just feel so bad and don't know if he is teething or sick. It started yesterday afternoon and he is just not his 'normal' self.

It's hard to say. Those symptoms are so common for both of those things. Do you see anything in the gums??

I think I may see white spot on the bottom left...what should I be looking for exactly?
