Is today CD 1 (A little TMI)?
I've been spotting for a few days but last evening started with a medium flow, and today is a heavy flow. Is yesterday CD 1 or is today CD1? Thanks!

CD1 is always the first day you needed a pad/tampon.

I would count the medium flow as day 1 even if it was in the evening.
