Is today too chilly for capris?
I'm going to the Yankee game this afternoon. I want to wear capris but don't know if I might be too cold @ 60 degrees.

I am still wearing my wool winter coat and I had a scarf on this morning 
so still too cool for me!!

I wore bermuda shorts yesterday and it was about 65 here. I was comfortable with a long sleeved shirt on.
