Is Vitamin D helpful for TTC?
I'm taking a multi and a folic acid supplement. Is there something else I should be taking?

My OB recommended taking a prenatal vitamin. Why not call your OB and see what they recommend? And if not, a multi and folic acid are very good to start!

I've been taking a pre-natal, extra folic acid, and Omega-3 with 200mg DHA (trader joes) -they're mercury free and don't have any fish taste, which is good

I was on prescription vit d while ttc but as soon as i became preg i was told to go off it immediatily.
If u have a severe deficiency (like i did) ur dr may just put u on it but if u just want to take vits i would think a reg prenatal vit is fine!
