This kitchen is taking FOREVER!!!!!!

I think he's procrastinating on getting started because he wants this investment property to be completely sewn up before we move onto the kitchen.

But we can at least make all our decision, right? I don't get it.

No...but his focus isn't where my focus is at. We're not on a time crunch though - like a kitchen or bathroom - so I'm not stressing it.

Re: Is your DH dragging his feet on your home renovation?

We live in a 2 story home- the first floor is mainly the garage, foyer, and an apartment that we do not rent out. We have an eCommerce business- so that is our office. We haven't had a working shower on the second floor since the first weekend in January. I have to give my 2 year old a bath in his old baby bath or take him to my mother in laws- which isn't too convenient. I refuse to use the bathtub ont he first floor, in the apartment. It's just gross and old. If I didn't love my husband so dearly, I would have moved out the first month after this darn renovation started. To make it worse, we will be installing a jacuzzi bathtub, and as of right now, it is propped up against the wall. Everytime I go into my bathroom, I get to see my beautiful jacuzzi tub-- but can never use it. Why, oh, why did I marry a contractor? Chat Icon
