It has been 1 week since having fast food!!
And this is a HUGE accomplishment for me. I was having at least 2 meals a day at a fast food restaurant. Since stopping I have lost 2lbs
I was and am really addicted.

It does get so much easier. I love fast food and would eat it once in a while but I always felt so sick afterwards. I have not had fast food in about 8 months and have no desire to except for Pizza of course!

After a pretty short time without fast food, you'll feel so much better that you won't even want fast food again. Congrats on your first week - keep it up!

Wow you must be saving a ton of money as well. Great job!
I would highly recommend renting the move fast food nation. I watched it maybe 9 months or so and since have not eaten a fast food hamburger. It will scare you straight.  I have also heard supersize me is another good one to watch to help from eating fast food but I haven't seen that one yet.

Congratulations!! That's great!! I have to cut out the fast food too....it's just convenient, but not good.

Thanks everyone!! Last night on the way home from Lowe's we passed Burger King!! Thank God DH was in the car with me and stopped me!! I can't believe how seriously addicted I am It is so sad
But as of today by just stopping fast food I have lost 4 lbs and feel so much better.
I start SlimFast today. I want to lose 20 lbs by August. We are going away then

Good for you! Pretty soon the thought of that crappy food will turn your stomach. You are being such a wonderful role model for your kids by not eating this way!
