It is worth it to buy tickets for Sesame Place ahead of time?
How bad are the lines? I don't want to risk bad weather and have tickets in hand, but I also don't want to wait in line for an hour - we'll be having Breakfast with Elmo, so we'll be at the park early

Def, order the breakfast tickets in advance. I would also order the park tickets since you will need them for admission to the breakfast. You have all 2009 season to use the park admission tickets so they wont expire until the end of the season. The breakfast is refundable I think within 24 hour notice.

Oh, I already paid for breakfast with Elmo - just wondering around park tickets. I figure if I miss out on the $$ for Elmo breakfast, no big - but I'll be annoyed if it pours and I lose $100 on our tickets. I was just saying I'll be there early for Elmo - so maybe the regular lines won't be bad??

Well if you plan to go any day this season then I would buy the tickets in advance. The lines can be long at times. If you have to purchase your tickets in the AM before the breakfast it will just cut into your breakfast time. It isn’t the end of the world but I would think you would want as much time as possible with the characters. The breakfast is refundable so if you know the day before that you wont be going due to the weather, call them and they will refund you the money or give you a new reservation. We changed our plans 2x in June when we were going due to the weather forecast. I thought their refund policy was fantastic

I don't. Unfortunately this is it since DH isn't off weekends for again until I'm almost due.
But if lines are long, maybe I'll just risk it. We have such a small window to enjoy the park before he gets tired/cranky, I don't want to kick off hte day on a long line.
Thank you!
