Italian Resteraunt recommendation needed?
I am looking to go to a nice (but casual, not too fancy) resteraunt with DH this weekend. Something with good italian food and quiet/romantic. Any suggestions?

i love buteras but its not exactly romantic and quiet
i prefer the one in massapequa but woodbury is great too
also love la viola
also maninnos in commack

I like Butera's too (in Massapequa), it is a possibility - sometimes the cafe is better, but definately not quiet.

Yum, love both Ill Classico (my RD was there) and Buteras, my friend is the chef.
so was mine and we had such a great time! my DH's friends family owns it

Lucca on Merrick Rd. in Bellmore -- amazing food!! And it is more intimate that Butera's (which I also love).
