Itchy Foot

For a while my right foot has been so itchy. Just the arch. I think it may be just dry skin. It comes and goes but worse in the summer.

What I do to relieve this? It's worse when I wear socks and sneakers/shoes. I just want to rip that sock off and itch the hell out of it!!!!
