Itchy hands & feet
only at night time!!!! I have actually cut my foot from scratching. No rash, not red (well before I start itching) didn't change anything in my diet. I lather up on lotion and take benedryl.
Does anyone know what this could be? I am guessing I should see a doc.

It is probably dry skin get lotion w/ urea in it. HTH
