Its a little late but looking for feedback on some preschools

Iknow people who go to Smithtown nursery and like it.
With that I have heard mixed review. The thing I didnt like when I spoke with them at a preschool fair, the 3yo program really has no "teaching" meaning they dont teach letters or how to write their names etc. Its more about comign to school, learning to interact with peers have some structure etc. I felt I wanted what they offered but WITH some "academic" component as well.

Lake Ronkonkoma is a cooperative preschool. Parent's participate in the program, meaning you go in a few times a month and help with activities. I know a few people who sent their children there and had nothing but wonderful things to say about it.

Yes they are all co- op preschools and tgank you for the feed back tbey have no open spots for fall.
