It's been a while
I have been in hiding but I wanted to come on here to give you updates.
Please forgive me as I couldn't say what was going on until I was sure.
I did indeed become pregnant. If you all remember my last post, I was late and was going to test. Well, it was BFP!!
I kept it quiet and wanted to wait until I saw a HB, but sadly, that didn't happen. I found out yesterday that I was going to miscarry. Blighted ovum or anembryonic pregnancy. Just the sac, no embryo. I am about 7-8 weeks and they saw an empty sac. I should miscarry soon I'm told.
So while DH and I are pretty down about it, the upside is I did get pregnant on my own without IVF or medical intervention. I do have some eggs left that might be good. The docs are all encouraged about this.
My hcg and prog levels were all excellent but no baby.
I'm 42 and I wanted you all to have faith. We're going to keep on trying with help and without help and hope for the best.
I apologize for not coming on here right away to update but I just couldn't and I hope you understand.
btw-In case anyone was wondering or suspecting I was NotTellin on the Pregnancy board. Short stay but a very supportive place as is this board.
So I'm back and I wish you all the best. Let's go get pregnant!

 i am ao sorry but happy that you are able to get pregnant! keep praying, stay strong and optimistic and you will get your baby soon!!!!!! this is a hard process but we will all get through it and graduate soon!

I am so sorry for all you have gone through. Miscarriage certainly is not an easy thing to go through. I will keep you in my thoughts.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is a good sign (I think) that you were able to get pg on your own and your attitude is amazing. So for good news soon!

Thanks everyone. I'm kind of glad I didn't tell the world because then I would have to tell them all the bad news.
I will tell my parents today. I'm sure they will be disappointed but I couldn't imagine the heartbreak of getting them all excited only to dash their hopes.
My attitude is necessary to get me through this. I have my moments believe me. Waiting to miscarry sucks though and I wish it would just happen already so I can move on.

I told my parents tonight and they were happy to hear that I did get pregnant but sad that it wasn't meant to be.
They have a great attitude about it too. They are not letting me feel sorry for myself and frankly as sad as it is, I had a lot of time to prepare for the news.
I wish I wasn't back here but glad to know I've got a place to be.
I will call Davis tomorrow and I see the OB on Tuesday am for the final diagnosis and info on going forward.
