It's over
I'm creating a new post because I can't stand looking at those pics of my Wondfos anymore. My beta a week ago was 180 and they had me in for a sono today. I am 6w pregnant (28 dpIUI) and they only saw a tiny sac in my uterus. My beta came back at 400-something. So maybe it was over 1000 at one point and I had a gestational sac there, or maybe it's just a pocket of fluid; we don't know. In any case, they told me to stop all my medications today.
They also saw something on my ovary that wasn't supposed to be there and are having me come back in on Thursday to make sure it doesn't grow. It apparently "moved with the ovary" which is a good sign for it not being an embryo, but the RE seemed kind of concerned about this being ectopic.
These two weeks have been torture. I can't wait for this all to be over. Thank you all so much for your kind words, your prayers, and your support during this time. It's meant a lot to me.

I'm stopping the progesterone today. Will this be like a regular cycle where I'll start bleeding in a few days? Or do I have to wait for my Betas to drop? My last two m/c's I wasn't on progesterone and my betas never got over 100 and I bled really quickly.

Honestly, I didn't get AF until I think 40 days AFTER my beta went to 0. My pregnancy was ectopic and I needed Methotrexate to end the pregnancy. It took a few weeks to finally drop to 0 and then over a month for AF to show. At the time, I wasn't on any meds so I'm not sure, you may spot from going off progesterone

My first chemical that was similar to yours - I began bleeding a couple days after crinone was stopped. Beta went to zero in a week.
Second chemical, beta went to zero in about three days.
Apparently my betas drop super fast. My case isn't really the norm.
