IUI failed.. x-post with question
LInk
I had an appointment tomorrow for a BETA level. I guess I don't need that but do I still go? The office is closed so I can't ask them and they don't turn on the phones until after 7am tomorrow? Is there any other test they could do tomorrow? It would be CD1 since I am just spotting today.

I think that if you got AF you don't need to have Beta. I would call 1st thing in the AM and then I guess you would start another cycle and go in on CD3 for b/w and sono.
I'm sorry it didn't work out this month for you. Try to have a game plan for next cycle. That always helped me to move forward.

I'm sorry!
I always started spotting the day before my scheduled beta after IUI, and by that morning it would be a full blown period. I never went in for my beta, but would call my nurses line to report day 1 of my cycle so I could be put on the schedule for CD3 bloodwork and sono.

Okay thanks. I will do that. Do they do CD3 bloodwork every month.

If you are going to continue with the RE every cycle, then yes, they will always do CD3 bloodwork.

First off, I am sorry. I know how much goes into each round of treatment and how hopeful you were. Making a baby truly is a miracle and even with all the odds stacked in your favor, sometimes it just doesn't work out. Hang in there and here is some for next round.

I'm sorry Just try to remember that even if everything is PERFECTLY timed, even if the heavens and the stars align, for every month you only have a 1 in 4 chance of conception. I know it's disheartening, but once you go back in for CD3 bloodwork and you have a new plan of attack for next month, I'm sure you'll start feeling better, and more hopeful
