IUI girls that moved onto IVF

Today is 11dpiui and I started spotting. AF is definitely coming. I've already had my breakdown over it. So this was my 7th iui (4th injectable cycle). I had my first iui last Jan. with clomid. So a year has come and gone and no baby, just 1 miscarriage in the last year.

I have my followup with my RE on Monday. I'm assuming he's going to do a sono to check my ovaries size and then set me for a IVF consult.

For girls that went through this, how long do you think realistically before I can start? What was your consult like? Anything I should ask? What was your experience moving from iuis to IVF?

I'm anxious to get this show on the road!!!

P.S. I don't know if this matters or not, but we are unexplained IF.

Mine went pretty quick. I had to wait about 2 weeks for the insurance paperwork to go through. I actually winded up doing another IUI in the meantime becasue I didnt want that month to be a waste...Then after the BFN it was right on to birth control and a few weeks later began stims.
