I've been a little busy
With this little miracle! Thought I'd check in to share my joy and introduce baby Caroline Ann. I had an emergency c-section last Saturday after some severe complications related to pre-e. (Came out of the woodworks, literally.) I was 33 w 3 days and she was born a whopping 4lbs 6 oz, 17 inches. She's in the NICU and is doing great at about 3lbs 12 oz and breathing on her own 
I'm grateful for all my dr.s and nurses but also proud of myself really for listening to my body and trusting my insticts! Never doubt!
I'll save all the details of hospitalizations, pain, complications, all that jazz for another time.
She's too beautiful to not move on.

aww thats a great weight. i wonder if we ended up with similar stories. i was 33w1d and also emergency c...
anyway congrats and good luck with the NICU!! i know you have a lot of supportive ladies that have been through it already, but if you need anything let me know!!

Congrats and God bless! The NICU time will go quickly and the NICU memories will fade just as quickly! She is beautiful!

OMG, congrats!! Love that little face. Bet you are over-the-moon in love!! Sorry about the Pre-e but so glad you caught it in time and so it will al be a blur and you'll be home with your precious baby girl!!
