I've never felt this before?? Kinda freaking out right now... and no not PG.
So all day yesterday and this morning (it woke me up out of a dead sleep), I been experiencing this cramps and at times sharp pains on both side of my lower abdomen... I've been doing the OPKs and all are negative... at least from when I tested...so what is all this going on??? I thought if you have pains it's because you are O'ing... 
OK... so I'm updating this as of two hours ago... I went to the bathroom and I am bleeding. 
Not heavy AF like, but a spotting.
I'm at CD15, DH and I decided to start BD'ing earlier this cycle to get a "jump start" (as he liked to put it) on things and we started at CD6 and every other day... and now this...
Has this happened to anyone else?

Could it be ovulation bleeding? I get that sometimes the day I actually ovulate. I looked it up the other day and found that it is normal and only a cause for concern if it lasts more than a day or two.

i want to say that i remember you saying that you came off the pill???
If so - could this be your body regulating itself?? It didn't happen to me personally - but i've heard of it happening...

Could you have O'd earlier and could this be implantation bleeding and cramping? How long are your cycles?

was it shooting pains really low in the stomach?? like almost in the pelvic/butt area?

They're happing in the low, low abdomen (I guess the pelvic area) to the left and the right... definitely not central and it shoots toward my back.

I always like to start my 'i know stuff posts' saying that i don't know ANYTHING for sure...so there's my disclaimer...
But - to me - it seems that your body is coming into what can be considered a 'regular' cycle. It was long and it's getting shorter... Maybe this is breakthrough bleeding.
A call to your gyno can't hurt...just let her know you've been keeping track of your cycle for 4 months now and you are having 'breakthrough bleeding' and want to be sure everything is okay!

i get similar pains, from how you are describing.. but i never bled from it..so i would just try and call your doc and leave a message..

Could be an ovarian cyst as well. They are very common in women who are 20-30 yrs old and can produce a sharp pain. I would have it checked out.

I have an appt next Tues with GYN... tho he doesn't do the sonos, should I call the office 1st and tell them what's going on???

ok i just saw that you are on CD15..
maybe you O'ed early and thats implantation spotting??
i remember my first pregnancy i had that pink spotting literally right after i O'ed.. it wasnt 5 or 6 days past..

It could be ovulation spotting. Have you gotten a +OPK or are you nearing ovulation?
It could also just be irritation to your cervix from all the BDing!

Still no +OPK tho... tho... I may have missed that too... I started off testing in the am, then switched to pm (5ish)... I don't know if I missed the "surge"... but we've been BD'ing every other day.

good point... didn't think of that... but we've been using PreSeed - that wouldn't alleviate that??

as long as you are BDing every other day you should be ok.. maybe since you tested at different times it messed it up.. im sure its possible !
